Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, products and services (together, the “Services”) provided by TripTools AI (“TripTools AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

TripTools AI provides software and related services for travel businesses, including AI-assisted itinerary building, messaging automation, CRM, quotations, booking tools, websites, mobile apps and related platform development and integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsolicited communications (including spam) through the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.
• Upload malicious code or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

5. Customer Content & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your customers and travellers and for complying with applicable privacy and messaging laws.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain Services are provided on a paid or subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles and any taxes will be described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, trademarks and branding (excluding Customer Content), are owned by TripTools AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products (such as messaging, flight, hotel, tour and payment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripTools AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TripTools AI harmless from any claims, damages and expenses arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; you may request deletion of your data via our Account Deletion page.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
