Delete Your Account

How it works

To request deletion of your TripTools AI account, submit the form with the phone number linked to your account. We use it to verify your identity and locate your data.

Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data, typically within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• Personal information you provided, such as name, email and phone number.
• Content and records associated with your account, subject to the retention note below.

What we may retain

We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our agreements. Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted or anonymised.
